In the last couple of years, HBO has been putting out some excellent shows, in my opinion. Entourage (maybe it's jumped the shark, not sure), Big Love, True Blood, and the new Eastbound and Down are really well-written and you want to see the next one, to see what happens. Anybody share my opinion?
Sorry to say I can't get into the Conchords, any fans around?

I haven't watched any of those, but some people at work were watching Entourage on a laptop and they said it was very good.

I like that the producers are trying some new approaches to the dramas they produce. Now if they'd just stop making reality shows...

I agree wholeheartedly about the "reality shows". I've never enjoyed them.
When I go to visit my daughter, who just finished her psychology degree, I watch "Survivor" and a couple other of those shows with her. She calls them her "homework";).

I think Survivor was probably the best of them that I've seen. I remember when it first came on, everybody was talking about it and I watched it for a while.

I was impressed with some of the changes to the game that were made. I thought that made it more interesting.

    Big Love Finale

Wow, was that some exciting finale to the season of Big Love! Plot twists galore. I hope the next season is as good.

A year ago I saw a few episodes online of Penn and Teller who have a show on Sho. I also saw the first episode of The Tudors. Both of those inspired me to get showtime.

I saw two episodes of True Blood online....ordered HBO.

I have ondemand so I can watch those show when I want.

HBO doesnt compare to Showtime! Showtime has Dexter, Weeds, and Californication! All are very wonderful shows! A&E has a great show called Breaking Bad I think everyone should give a try as well!

I think TV is mostly a waste of time. I'd rather get in a little shop time or take a walk in the woods.

I am trying to find a website that doesn't charge to watch HBO movies. I have tried some of the common websites but they won't offer HBO shows. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks you very much using this subject.
