What is it that you would most like the Easter Bunny to leave in your basket?

    Easter egg! :)

Seriously speaking I don’t believe in that kind of stuff now. I’m all grown up.

A Visa gift card with unlimited spending? :D

Okay, now for the real answer. I'm a chocoholic, so forget the jelly beans and marshmallow peeps for me... I want chocolate. Hollow bunny so I can bite the years off first :) And more of the homemade chocolate covered Easter eggs I was given as a gift yesterday... BEST ones I've ever had in my life!

Katharina, the Easter bunny can make up identical Easter baskets, one for you and one for me!

Would that be the gift card or the chocolate, though?! :D Unfortunately it's Easter and I didn't get the gift card. BUT I have a delicious looking chocolate chip cookie pizza for dessert after dinner, so that should be great!

The gift card, especially:D!!!Your chocolate chip pizza I've never heard of, but it sounds intriguingly delicious!
The Easter Bunny always brings me Robin's Eggs, but none were to be found anywhere around here! I am hoping the after-Easter candy sale might yield a pack or two. No robin's eggs, I will definitely be depressed:(.

Oh drat... so that's where they came from! :) Sorry... they ended up in my daughter's basket. She chose robin's eggs for the first time! I hope you find some at the after Easter sales!

And the cookie pizza was great... a huge round chocolate chip cookie with a basket "painted" on it in chocolate frosting. There was green frosting for the "grass" and jelly beans (gourmet ones, yum!) poked into the icing. Definitely better than the boring ol' cupcakes we usually have!

katharina, I want to come to your house next Easter! Gourmet sweets; doubly sinful! I haven't managed to find ANY robin's eggs. Oh well.

Thank you very much Frankie. Those are actually my very favourite type of robin's eggs.:D

Well get yourself a year supply and stash them away for yourself.

If you REALLY want a treat, milk chocolate Bordeaux from Sees candy is heavenly!

Ah, See's Candy...an addiction since my childhood...;)
I will be going to town in a few weeks, and amazingly enough, I still have a See's gift certificate left from Christmas!

Oh maaaaaaaaaaan! You are so lucky! :D I've been going back and forth about ordering myself a box of Butterscotch Squares. Yum! It's always what I pick out of an assortment first.

Unfortunately there are no stores that I know of on the east coast but luckily they do mail order. The Bordeaux is my second favorite. The butterscotch squares are like biting into pure brown sugar.

Are those the chocolates where you can nibble the milk chocolate off and then eat the inside butterscotch? Oh man, there is no finer butterscotch in the world!

Sounds like one and the same, yes. And it's so different from what I've come to know as "butterscotch" over the years. To me it's more like brown sugar candy under that chocolate. I really should order a pound (or two :) ) for myself for Mother's Day. Maybe I will!

The best butterscotch has a definite brown sugar taste, seems to me. I don't know the names of the small ones, but it is a thin little wafer of butterscotch with a dark chocolate outside. Ordering a pound or two of them sounds like a very good idea.

I have considered the ability to order Sees candy on the internet to be the best use of technology since they invented the automobile!

But then I do love to indulge in chocolate!

Good grief, Frankie, that's a wonderful idea. I wonder if I order online if they'd take my gift certificate? I must check this out....

I can't imagine that they wouldn't take your certificate. You want to watch the temperature and delivery times.....you don't want your candy to melt or freeze!

Most places I order from online now have a place for both gift certificates and discount codes so I'll bet they'd take it, yes. Wouldn't hurt to ask first, though, before you take the time to put everything into your cart.
