I am trying to find someone who can make me a long handled scorp or hook knife for bowl and spoon making? I see a lot of short handled products but I want something longer that I can brace against my forearm.

Veritas makes a pullshave that they offer a kit for to make your own handle.
Expensive but quality tools that will outlast a couple generations if used properly.

They also have a lot of carving gouges that can be used for spoons and small bowls.
Bottom line is, you will probably have to find something that will fit what you want to do and then make a handle of the length that you want.
